4ozs Hazel nuts – Ground
4ozs Brazil Nuts – Ground
2ozs Cashew Nuts – Broken
4ozs Wholemeal Bread Crumbs
4ozs Wholemeal Flour
2 Large Onions – Chopped
2 Teaspoonfuls Marmite
6 Fluid ozs Warm Water
Pinch Mixed Herbs
Salt & Pepper to taste
Fry onions until brown
Mix together Nuts, Flour, Bread Crumbs, Herbs and Salt & Pepper
Add Onions
Melt Marmite in water, add to mix
Bake at 160 approx 40 minutes
Can be served hot (with a cheese sauce) or cold (with salad) very nice
